How to request deletion of your data

If you have interacted with a hotel through the Dooria concierge on WhatsApp, or contacted us through this website, and want your data deleted:

1. Send an email to contact@dooria.fr with the subject "Data deletion request".
2. Include the WhatsApp phone number you used and, if applicable, the name of the hotel.
3. We verify your request and, where needed, coordinate it with the relevant hotel.
4. Your conversations, requests and profile data are deleted from our systems within 30 days at most. You will receive an email confirmation.

Some data may be retained by the hotel where it is legally required to do so; such data remains under the hotel's responsibility.

For hotels: disconnecting your WhatsApp Business Account from Dooria, or terminating your contract, results in the deletion of access tokens and, as set out in your contract, the deletion or return of your data within 30 days. Contact: contact@dooria.fr
