Terms of service
Last updated: 16 September 2026
1. Scope. These terms govern the use of dooria.fr and the Dooria digital concierge service, published by Laurent Salama, sole proprietor trading as Dooria, 8 rue du Général Camou, 75007 Paris, France.
2. The service. Dooria enables client hotels to answer their guests' WhatsApp messages through an AI assistant and to forward requests to their staff. Commercial terms for hotels are set out in their subscription agreement.
3. Use by guests. By messaging the WhatsApp number of a hotel using Dooria, guests interact with an automated assistant acting on that hotel's behalf. Guests agree not to send unlawful, offensive or fraudulent content, or payment data.
4. Nature of answers. AI-generated answers are provided for information purposes. Service requests (bookings, transfers, room service, etc.) are only confirmed once handled by the hotel. Guests may ask to be connected with hotel staff at any time.
5. Liability. The hotel remains solely responsible for the services it provides to its guests. Dooria uses reasonable efforts to keep the service available but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, in particular in case of third-party service failures (WhatsApp, AI providers, hosting providers).
6. WhatsApp. Use of the service is subject to WhatsApp's terms of service. Dooria is not affiliated with Meta Platforms.
7. Personal data. See our privacy policy: https://www.dooria.fr/en/confidentialite
8. Intellectual property. The website, the Dooria brand and its content are protected. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.
9. Governing law. French law. Courts of Paris have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
